From Michigan/North:

From Indianapolis / South:
Take 69 North to exit 102. Turn right onto Jefferson Boulevard and continue eastbound into Fort Wayne for approximately 4 miles. Jefferson Pointe is located on the left at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Illinois Road.

From Ohio/East:
Take US 30 West toward Indiana. Follow Lincoln highway west to Washington Boulevard until it turns into Jefferson Boulevard. Jefferson Pointe is at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Illinois Road.

From Chicago/West:
Take US 30 East to 69 South. Take exit 105 A Illinois Road. Travel east on Illinois Road toward Fort Wayne for approximately 2 miles. Jefferson Pointe is located on the right at the intersection of Illinois Road and Jefferson Boulevard.
